Refund policy

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you would like a refund to be considered and please include photos of item(s) in question.

All items are hand-crafted and selected by me. I do my very best to make each product as close to the listing photos as I can but there may be small differences as I am not a machine ;)

I am not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. Please do contact me with any issues and I will do my best to resolve them.
